Structured to avoid potential conflicts, LDC is capable of acting as an objective independent fiduciary to clients and executes feasibility/due diligence studies, investor opinions, partner operational audits, strategic portfolio studies, hold/sell analysis, and asset valuations.
For over 20 years LDC has been providing forward planning, entitlement, and development expertise to financial institutions and landowners. We have the experience to strategically manage a project from raw/unimproved land, through design, entitlement and land development. LDC has the capabilities to develop and execute the divestiture of an asset or portfolio.
LDC provides fund control, loan administration and site inspection services to commercial banks and financial institutions, pension fund advisors, and developer/homebuilder clients in twenty-three states. Based on the compliance criteria established in the loan documents, and working with lenders, LDC can oversee the preparation and management of borrower compliance protocols, provide periodic progress inspections and third party reports, review borrower disbursement requests, complete reconciliations of loan to date and project to date information, and review and approve funding requests. LDC also provides full fund control services including disbursement processing and have been retained as the default developer by lenders when assuming control over projects under partner default.
